      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements
      - Conduct site visits to evaluate performance and resolve any issues
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate data collection
      - Provide training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates
      - Build and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
      - Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes
      - Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
      - Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management
      - Oncology experience required and must be located in the NY/NJ area

      - Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
