What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives
- Perform checks and interrogations of medical device systems and support product implants
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on product use and applications
- Manage inventory and assist with patient registration and hospital documentation
- Stay up to date with new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or related cardiac device company sales/service, or equivalent experience with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree and fewer years of experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
- Strong work ethic and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in building collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues
