      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
      - Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
      - Manage patient registration and required hospital documentation
      - Perform checks and troubleshooting of CRM medical device systems
      - Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma and a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; OR
      - Associate degree and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; OR
      - Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of work experience in an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
      - Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues
      - Strong work ethic with a focus on achieving objectives
      - Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
      - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
