What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support and tracking of trial status to ensure efficient management of clinical trials
- Lead the onboarding and maintenance of the electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) according to the eTMF Plan
- Collaborate with the clinical study team and external partners to keep the eTMF audit/inspection ready
- Assist in organizing project-specific meetings, including creating agendas and distributing meeting minutes
- Review, validate, track, and file essential documents for investigational sites, ensuring compliance with study milestones

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) role
- 2+ years of experience with Trial Interactive
- Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or smaller biotech is a plus
- Working knowledge of ICH/GCP and clinical research processes
- Solid experience utilizing an eTMF platform(s)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-5 years of experience in a CTA role
- Experience setting up a Trial Master File (TMF)
- Ability to implement Trial Interactive
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on mentorship and coaching for CTA staff
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
