What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Examine chain of title for primarily commercial/industrial properties
- Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring high level of expertise
- Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
- Write title products based on procedural guidelines
- Provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ years directly related experience
- Multiple state licenses in order to do business in a broad geographic area
- Strong detail / quality orientation
- Strong analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
- Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders
