      - Analyze, develop, implement, and oversee the organizational compensation structure
      - Conduct regular reviews of compensation structure and benchmarks jobs against market data
      - Ensure all compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local legislation
      - Provide advice to leadership on pay decisions and policy interpretations
      - Participate in salary surveys and monitor results to achieve compensation objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
      - 8 years of progressive experience in employee compensation administration required
      - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credentials required
      - Strong analytical skills with expert proficiency in Excel
      - Ability to handle sensitive employee information in a secure, confidential manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) a plus
