      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in designing and implementing compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive plans
      - Conduct market analysis to support pay structure design and maintain accurate job descriptions
      - Participate in compensation surveys to analyze competitive salary information
      - Support the annual focal compensation planning process and educate team members on compensation philosophy
      - Ensure compliance with employment laws related to compensation and maintain accurate compensation data within HRIS

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business-related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, salary administration, and job evaluation/market analysis
      - Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation administration tools
      - Exceptional analytical skills to work with large data sets and derive conclusions
      - Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SHRM-CP/PHR
      - Familiarity with compensation frameworks and salary benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW)
