  We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multiple high-value construction projects across the Tarkett Sports portfolio. This role is instrumental in overseeing project execution from pre-construction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will serve as the key liaison with clients, manage internal project teams, and help shape the future of our construction operations through continuous process improvement.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee multiple concurrent construction projects valued at $5M+, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget expectations
  • Lead project buyout and subcontractor contract management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
  • Refine and optimize internal project management tools, templates, and procedures to improve efficiency and standardization
  • Analyze historical project data and KPIs to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across teams
  • Ensure consistent use of digital project management platforms including Procore and BlueBeam to maintain project documentation and reporting integrity

  What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience, with proven leadership on projects exceeding $5 million in value
  • Strong team leadership skills with experience managing direct reports
  • Proficiency with Procore and BlueBeam is required
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement
