  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Consult on complex data product projects by leading the design, development, and implementation of data products
  - Produce data building blocks, models, and flows to meet varying client demands, including reporting and data science research
  - Translate business data stories into technical breakdowns and work estimates for project scheduling
  - Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data solutions
  - Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for both streaming and batch requirements to support increasing data complexity
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Ten or more years of relevant experience in database management and data-centric applications
  - Extensive experience with software development on large projects and initiatives
  - Three years of experience in developing compelling data stories and visualizations
  - Strong knowledge of modern programming and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
  - Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field strongly preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Graduate studies in business, statistics, math, or computer science are a plus
  - Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  - Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS
  - Experience with CI/CD best practices and tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Confluence
  - Leadership skills in team tasks related to data analysis and application design
