- Eight years of related work experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry
- Technical expertise in advanced financial principles and concepts
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge/experience in the life insurance, annuities, and related products
- Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools such as Tableau
- Advanced degree in finance or related subject area
- Technical industry coursework or certifications
- Project management experience
