What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain centralized reporting models on wealth data for multiple business teams
- Develop and manage WebFocus solutions, integrating with CRM systems and analytics connections to Data Lakes
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau for insights and reporting on key metrics
- Enable self-service data access through WebFocus Standard Data Extracts and Multi-Dimensional Cubes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Data Marketplaces for easy access to curated datasets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in the Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) space
- Strong hands-on expertise in WebFocus for enterprise reporting and dashboarding
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and interactive dashboard creation
- Solid background in building multi-dimensional cubes and standard data extracts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project execution and dependency management from tech teams to business users
- Consulting experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated experience on cloud databases like Amazon Redshift or Snowflake
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to understand the business impact of data and make recommendations based on findings
