- Consult and/or lead initiatives for Network Management and/or Network Operations that support affordability, efficiencies, and regulatory compliance, and/or further Network Management Leadership’s vision and purpose.
- Translate high-level business strategies into practical business and technology solutions.
- Design process, operational, and technical solutions for future growth and flexibility to enable Business for the future. Assess and influence current state and desired future state at the program and project level through creative and thoughtful tactics
- Deliver clear concise communications with supporting data and recommendations to enable key understanding around strategies, programs and/or capabilities
- Maintains a deep and broad understanding of Healthcare industry and evolving industry regulations impacting Network Management / Operations; Stays current on regulatory and political environment
- Influence and negotiate with senior and executive leaders across functional areas.
- Accountable for ensuring the business solution is fully designed and complete before going to IT including solutions planning, gap analysis, current and future state, QA. Assist IT partners in translation of business requirements into technical specifications
- Integrate business areas and/or IT partners to ensure that business designs can be supported. Responsible for design, development, implementation, and integration of people, processes, and technology needed for successful implementation of assigned initiatives.
- Perform in-depth, complex analysis to define different types of solutions, anticipate and mitigate issues and develop or define innovative approaches to solve complex business problems.
- Assess and influence current state and desired future state at the program and project level through creative and thoughtful tactics
- Leads the tactical process of defining and implementing multi-year, corporate-wide initiatives of the highest levels of risk, complexity, budget dollars and impact to the business by thoroughly understanding the business needs and implications, documenting business requirements, building consensus, proactively identifying, and navigating issues and implications to mitigate risks.
- Resolve issues related to solution design, build, testing and implementation
- Accountable for leading multiple projects and initiatives at once via hands on project /program management as well as through multiple other project managers (business & IT).
- Work with all levels of management, including senior leadership, to ensure initiatives stay on task and barriers are removed timely.
- Develop migration and implementation plans that include mitigation plans for components of risk and complexity, cost benefit analysis, effort, degree of change and delivery schedule.
- Guide/participate in the development of formal communication and education for internal/external stakeholders regarding the technology solutions plan impacting the business.
- Work with business area leaders and compliance to identify risk and compliance requirements/impacts and ensure appropriate oversight.
- Represent the business area; work with consultants, external stakeholders and vendors participating in RFIs and the selection process when vendor capabilities are needed to fill business needs.
- Provide input to 2–5-year operating vision and identification of capabilities.
- Evaluation and analysis (financial and business) for all assigned initiatives/ projects to define potential financial, business, and industry impacts.
- Develop formal CBA for projects and project ideas to facilitate prioritization of work assignments.

- 5+ years related work experience. Experience Details
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- In depth knowledge of the health industry
- Broad business experience and knowledge that spans multiple business functions, preferable in the health industry
Strong problem-solving skills - Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong and effective business relationships
- Ability to act in a strong consultative and influencer role across all levels of leadership, including executive leaders
- Experience working within a matrix or virtual environment
- Knowledge of enterprise structure, accountabilities, and leadership
- MBA or equivalent experience in Consulting, Strategy
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
- Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
- Must be able to occasionally travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences).

- Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $96,000 - $120,000
- Annualized Salary Range: $96,000 - $156,000
- Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
What Will Be Your Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide consulting and support for the development and management of Network Programs, strategies and/or capabilities. This role is responsible for leading and/or facilitating a highly collaborative cross-functional approach to Network Program development and business capabilities that meet both current and future needs, including process, operational, and technical components, and will be responsible for driving execution of all necessary tasks through completion. The role provides support for defining and gaining senior leadership alignment around key strategies and projects that cross multiple business units / organizations. The role requires strong leadership, strong communications, both oral and written, business acumen, the ability to persuade as well as organizational savvy skills to successfully facilitate processes across senior leaders. Incumbents may directly manage a small to medium number of employees; the primary function of the role is Sr. level consulting.
