- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure content meets their needs.
- Create and maintain API documentation to facilitate seamless integration and usage.
- Utilize ProMap to design and document business processes.
- Employ Adobe Framemaker for creating and managing complex documents.
- Use MS Visio to create detailed diagrams and flowcharts.
- Develop and maintain KnowledgeBase articles to support end-users and internal teams.
- Implement content strategies that align with company objectives and enhance user experience.
- Leverage MS Office tools to create edit and manage content effectively.
- Produce high-quality technical writing that is clear concise and user-friendly.
- Ensure all content is accurate up-to-date and adheres to company standards.
- Work closely with the User Experience team to create content that supports prototyping and user testing.
- Provide regular updates and reports on content development progress to stakeholders.
- Must have experience in Knowledge Management Strategy and Project Stakeholder Management.
- Must be proficient in API Documentation ProMap Adobe Framemaker and MS Visio.
- Must have strong skills in KnowledgeBase Article Creation and Content Strategy.
- Must be highly skilled in MS Office and Technical Writing.
- Nice to have experience in User Experience and Prototyping.
- Must possess excellent English language skills (Read/Write Speak).
- Must be able to work night shifts and from the office.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Summary
