Provide support to high profile customers and sales team through resolution of escalated issues.
Ensure that customer contract eligibility is administered accurately via the McKesson system.
Maintain, administer, and verify progress daily related to requests assigned in Salesforce.
Communicate regularly with suppliers and horizontal teams to build relationships and resolve issues.
Utilize systems and software to perform complex research assignments.
Gather, mine, and present information related to identify/prevent errors at the root cause level.
Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.
Perform analytics, identify production trends, and provide appropriate reporting to management.
Support virtual team members, educate on new processes, and give guidance educational opportunities.
Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation enhancements.
Provide proactive project updates to leadership.
Represent the department on various project teams as a subject matter expert.
Support and cross train on multiple departmental functions.
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.
Customer service, healthcare, or wholesale drug industry business experience.
Experience should involve transactional processing, monitoring customer compliance, problem solving, research and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to identify gaps in business operations and offer potential solutions.
Proven track record in successfully maintaining key accounts, as well as research and analysis capabilities.
Experience using critical thinking and root cause analysis to solve complex problems.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business industry experience.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), and JDE; Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake is a plus.

Summary :
Sr. Contract Analyst responsible for the daily administration of supplier contract issue resolution for high profile customers. Focus on high touch accounts as directed by sales team; interact in frequent correspondence with sales team and horizontal internal partners on inquiries, proactive communication, and root cause analysis. Work directly with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate administration of contracts and the resolution of issues. Identify regional supplier, sales rep and trends/global issues through analytics and root cause analysis. Provide recommendations to management for process improvements based on analytical findings. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise and participate as a team member on projects. Ability to influence others and build strong relationships. Use critical thinking, data analysis, research, and contract compliance knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. Understand cause and effect.
