The Senior Specialist, Contract and Billing Solutions builds on existing lead subject matter expertise regarding contract functionality and specialty billing solutions, regardless of system platform. The Senior Specialist will serve both within the team and as a consultant to the organization overall with emphasis on Software Product Support for the MRS and ICA Channels. This role provides business-critical input to feasibility assessment for new products & services and testing for all aspects of changes, enhancements and new features of the contract and subscription portfolio. The Senior Specialist Specialist takes leadership responsibility for issue triage and root cause resolution for the health of the Contract and Subscription structures, functionality and transaction quality. The Senior Specialist serves a primary operational contact and liaison for daily transaction activities and reconciliations to third party software vendors. The Senior Specialist contributes to subscription-specific test plans for all related system enhancements and production break-fixes.Document, assess and triage contract and billing problems and non-standard requests for customers, channel partners and internal staff.•Analyze and re-structure customer accounts and contracts to support approved specialty billing arrangements.•Create and modify business-critical contract and billing parameters in core and ancillary systems including Oracle and Zuora.•Perform contract and subscription cancellations, revisions and re-billings as needed in response to cases and project assignments.•Monitor daily and monthly contract and billing control reports and resolve associated errors.•Register on and submit invoices through approved customer accounts payable portals.•Prepare, issue and monitor specialty invoicing including spreadsheets, EDI, Oracle consolidated invoices, portal invoice submissions and Pro-Forma invoices as approved.•Track and support customer onboarding for approved specialty billing arrangements and track associated payment trends.•Participate in the planning, execution and best practice development for user acceptance testing related to contracts and subscriptions, regardless of system platform.•Perform analysis and root-cause identification activities related to gaps, deficiencies and errors in the order-to-contract/subscription cycle; the contract/subscription-to-invoice cycle and the integration path from source systems to ancillary systems.•Demonstrate and foster the Quadient EPIC Values of Empowerment, Passion, Inspiration and Community•Comply with any necessary overtime requirements, based on the business needs.•Work on special projects and other related duties as assigned.
This position has an hourly pay range of:
$23.27-$34.90Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings . Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
