Act as an immediate point-of-contact for issue identification/resolution and escalate as appropriate
Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to resolve issues
Staff frontline phone and email mailboxes to record, address, and update reported delivery issues
Ensure communication of all delivery changes and/or updates to relevant business partners
Support brand specific initiatives and programs
Articulate/educate business partners on delivery processes
Respond to data inquiries with accurate information
Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
Professional Prescence in both written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Strong problem-solving, organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
Knowledge of supply chain helpful
About the Role
Based in Erlanger, KY, this position will support final mile deliveries and execute department specific functions, to ensure Gap Inc. shipments meet service requirements, during our peak holiday season. The work performed in this position will help ensure the successful movement and delivery of all Gap Inc. product that is handled by our third-party providers and delivered to our retail stores. Primary responsibilities include - effectively managing problems and inquiries, reported through our various work ques, which include, phones, emails and other internal reporting tools, while providing superior customer service. You will consistently interact with our retail stores, distribution centers, brand level leaders, third-party providers, as well as other internal logistics personnel. The hours for this position are noon-8p is required to work from the office.What You'll Do
