We have an immediate opportunity for a motivated and focused Senior Corporate Financial Analyst to serve as a finance business partner to our sales and operations team. In this fast-paced, team environment, you will be challenged with delivering impactful analyses, precise forecasts, complex financial models, and insightful management reporting. We offer flexibility options, but the role is required to be onsite weekly in our Raleigh Corporate Office @ 4141 Parklake Ave. Ste. 600 Raleigh NC 27615. *There may be some relocation assistance; We seek local candidates.

Work you'll be proud to deliver:

• Leadership: Leads and plans quarterly and periodic forecasting cycles including forecast development, consultation and review with business managers, model updates, and development of presentation materials.
• Financial Analysis: Conducts full-cycle analysis to evaluate specific sales, operations, and business initiatives, and provides insights supporting strategic and tactical decision making.
• Research: Monitors and conducts research on external and internal business drivers to measure top impacts on business performance.
• Reporting: Develops and publishes periodic and ad hoc reports to communicate business results versus goals and objectives.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Engage with business leadership to create PBV’s annual operating plan and long-range strategic plan.
• Analyze customer, product, and market data to proactively identify trends, highlight risks/opportunities, and develop well-informed revenue and margin forecasts
• Partner with sales, operations, and customer support to create monthly packages for reporting and analytics.
• Develop complex financial models that guide the company’s strategic decision-making efforts.
• Integrate data from diverse sources and provide fact-based insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
• Produce accurate monthly financial/forecast packages that convey understanding of current variance drivers and potential impact on the business trajectory.
• Communicate analytical findings to company leadership in a crisp and concise manner.
• Perform other analytics-driven duties as requested or required by business partners.
