What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies in alignment with company leadership
- Provide expertise in strategy development, planning, and execution of positive Employee and Labor Relations initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of applicable employment and labor laws to ensure compliance
- Act as the liaison between the Union and the Company
- Conduct thorough and compliant labor relations investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management and at least 8+ years' of experience with 5 years' managing labor relations and staff
- Experience managing 15+ CBAs
- At least two (2) years of government contracting experience is required
- At least two (2) years of HCMS or Labor Relations solutions experience required
- Must be able to travel at least 20% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HR experience preferred
- Negotiation experience required
