What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Book air, car, and hotel accommodations using the SABRE reservation system
- Provide support and vacation coverage for Advisors servicing corporate accounts
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel advisories to meet customer needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and consultative support throughout the booking process
- Handle customer service issues directly with vendors to achieve optimal resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a full-time travel agent booking both domestic and international travel
- Proficient in SABRE or Worldspan with at least 5 years of experience, including knowledge of GDS formats and pricing
- Ability to manage difficult situations independently and escalate when necessary
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive customer service approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ClientBase is a plus
- Flexible availability for varying work hours
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
