      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive accounting processes to ensure accurate books, records, and compliance
      - Support Operations management team in developing and interpreting financial performance measurements
      - Monitor progress of Work Orders and address variance issues
      - Create Dashboards and Business Intelligence reporting within Oracle
      - Coordinate Capital Asset processes and support Estimate At Complete activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
      - 8-12 years of experience in Finance, General Accounting, or Cost Accounting in aerospace manufacturing
      - Current expertise in MS Office Suite, with Advanced MS Excel required
      - Experienced in and knowledgeable of GAAP
      - Ability to work in an office environment and operate a computer and telephone keyboard

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree preferred
      - Knowledge of Government Cost Accounting Principles (CAS) and FAR
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively
      - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
