What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary finance owner for inventory management and standard cost, ensuring accuracy across multiple product lines
- Monitor and investigate variances between actual and standard costs, providing actionable insights
- Develop and maintain complex cost models and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Lead the coordination and execution of the Physical Inventory and ensure compliance with financial controls
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the manufacturing environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control in manufacturing
- Strong cost accounting background and proficiency in ERP systems (Dynamics AX/365)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
