  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary finance owner for inventory management, ensuring accurate standard and actual product costs
  - Monitor and investigate variances between actual costs and standard costs, providing actionable insights
  - Develop and maintain complex cost models for inventory valuation and in-depth analysis
  - Lead the coordination and execution of Physical Inventory processes
  - Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
  - Minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory control in manufacturing
  - Strong Cost Accounting background with analytical and communication skills
  - Thorough understanding of ERP systems, specifically Dynamics AX/365
  - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - CPA or CMA certification preferred
  - Continuous improvement mindset and experience in process enhancements
  - Experience in manufacturing finance and compliance with accounting standards
