What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct remote and on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance
- Manage documentation and procedures from various sponsors and monitoring environments
- Ensure clinical trials are conducted in accordance with approved protocols and guidelines
- Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites
- Provide trial status tracking and progress reports to the Clinical Team Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic qualification
- 2+ years of experience as a clinical research monitor
- Valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of ICH GCPs and applicable regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cell therapy and/or gene therapy as a Clinical Research Associate
