What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with cross-channel partners to ensure accurate offer-related information
- Manage promotions logs and troubleshoot customer-facing issues
- Lead team activities and testing during project launches
- Work closely with IT on offer-related requests and user acceptance testing
- Act as the lead contact for offer-related issues and champion process improvement activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in marketing process management or relevant business management
- Solid understanding of digital or marketing offer testing and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related discipline
- Experience with CRM platforms and traffic communication tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience is a plus
