      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Day-to-day oversight of implementation program design, build, and launch activities
      - Lead the customer onboarding process for large, strategic, and government clients
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop account strategies and identify opportunities and risks
      - Create governance to ensure alignment and documentation are captured
      - Communicate progress of customer objectives and project tasks effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication skills to inspire trust and confidence
      - Ability to lead project update calls with customers
      - Experience in developing and implementing strategies for team processes
      - Exceptional organizational skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role
      - Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
