What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage insights from various data sources to develop category reviews and make recommendations to drive growth
- Act as a subject matter expert for category strategies and solutions
- Create and issue weekly and monthly scorecards to track KPIs
- Support the Target Sales team with data analysis and opportunity assessments
- Manage key category projects and collaborate with the sales team to implement solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in category management, shopper insights, or working with syndicated data
- Strong knowledge of syndicated data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, and Spins
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
