      About the role

      Are you excited to help people? Do you want to make a difference? Then this role is for you! We are expanding our team and would like to invite you to submit your resume for our Senior Customer Service Representative role.

      What you'll do here:

      • Answering Auto Inquiry calls to confirm progress on the repair of customer vehicles, and/or provide reassurance as they navigate the claims process
      • Responding to General Inquiry calls relating to other areas of the business such as property claims, underwriting or broker inquiries
      • When required, being the first point of contact for customers when they call to report loss or damage to their vehicle, by taking a statement and assigning the claim to an adjuster
      • Communicating via email, telephone and text messages with our customers, vendors, and team-mates.
      • Developing your skillset by handling a small number of entry level claims from the beginning to end of the claims cycle
      • Taking on additional administrative tasks as required to support your colleagues and our customers as required

      What you bring to the table:

      • A genuine enjoyment in talking to people and being a good listener
      • A passion for supporting people as you help our customers navigate through the various stages of the claims process
      • You genuinely care for people, are patient, and empathetic
      • You are flexible and able to pivot quickly as priorities may change suddenly based claims volume
      • You are an effective multi -tasker and are efficient at prioritizing tasks and time management
      • You are adept at “thinking on your feet” and are excited to be empowered to make quick decisions with confidence and demonstrate critical thinking
      • You enjoy working in a fast- paced environment and want to be part of a team that is constantly evolving
      • You have a basic understanding of standard Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel)
      • High school or post secondary education preferred or combination or education and experience

      Hours of Operation for the Department are as follows:

      • Monday-Friday and Occasional Saturday/Statutory Holidays
      • 8:00AM-6:00PM MST
      • 7:00AM-5:00PM PST
