      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle specialized customer service inquiries for high visibility clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication methods
      - Resolve complex customer issues with a goal of first-call resolution and escalate as necessary
      - Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively update customers on status
      - Assist in training and developing new team members while ensuring adherence to company values
      - Provide feedback to management on performance and processes, acting as a subject matter expert

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Substantial customer service and call/contact center experience
      - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer inquiries
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
      - Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; post-secondary education preferred

      - Experience in a similar role within the legal or information services industry
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships
      - Experience in training or coaching junior staff
      - Familiarity with Thomson Reuters products and services
