      Description

      The Senior Data Analyst role for the Client Profitability Reporting Mart possesses experience in project coordination, data analysis as well as business analysis. The Analyst is an adaptable, initiative-taker who possesses the capabilities to forge strong partnerships across business lines and deliver results through influencing and collaboration with others. The Analyst will have experience in both Finance as well as Data Analytics and the ability to reconcile data across source systems and marts.

      Primary responsibilities include:

      • Develop Reconciliation Frameworks that provide visibility into Data Accuracy
      • Analyze monthly Data Mart Processing and identify any data gaps and reasons for large swings in return metrics
      • Support the collection of evidence for existing data quality risk controls and testing inventories
      • Document key data elements and specific business line controls
      • Review data quality controls and document gaps and remediation plans
      • Facilitate data quality issue tracking, escalations, and reporting
      • Collaborate with Risk partners to support the closure of any significant data quality audit findings
      • Build relationships with key stakeholders across divisions
      • Undertake data analysis as needed to identify trends and support business requests
      • Identify opportunities for automation and drive solutions to their full implementation
      • Maintain requirements in Jira, lead the daily standups, plan, and coordinate releases across teams

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance related major
      • Experience in project coordination and business analysis
      • Experience in SQL or other Data Query Languages
      • Relevant business experience; operations support and reporting
      • Experience in reviewing complex data sets and developing business analysis support models/reporting
      • Experience building/maintaining processes and ensuring monthly process is in line with Regulatory Compliance

      • Ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities.

      • Experience collaborating with cross functional resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing work to achieve transformation objectives

      Hours & Work Schedule

      • Hours per Week: 40
      • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
