- Apply common statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis to answer strategic questions for the business.
- Develop and synthesize information from various sources including SQL query, Microsoft Power Platform applications, database production and/or ad hoc analysis.

- Collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to define project objectives, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the overall data analytics strategy.
- Assist the Business Intelligence Manager in overseeing and coordinating data analysis projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project milestones.
- Support the Data Analyst Manager in providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior data analysts, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring the development of analytical skills Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the data analytics workflow, working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to implement enhancements and optimize data analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and provide input on data collection, integration, and reporting processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards and reports, working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and accessibility of data insights for key stakeholders.
- Support the Business Intelligence Manager in conducting in-depth data analysis, utilizing statistical methods and data mining techniques to derive meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for business decision-making.
- Assist the Business Intelligence Manager in monitoring industry trends and advancements in data analytics, keeping abreast of new tools, techniques, and methodologies to continuously improve the team's capabilities and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager in developing and maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practice guidelines for data analysis projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency across the team.
- Enthusiastically perform other duties as assigned as needed to support your team!within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related discipline
- SQL/VBA or other relevant statistical tools for data mining and predictive analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 3+ years of corporate experience analyzing complex data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
- 3+ years of corporate experience building and maintaining advanced Dashboards with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- 3+ years of corporate experience with at least one statistical or programming language, such as SQL to import, summarize, and analyze data in a professional setting
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, manufacturing/operation, data analytics, data science, applied math or related discipline)
- Ability to research and devise innovative statistical models and predictive analytics using Azure Studio, R, and Python
- Experience in Manufacturing, Tissue Banking
- Experience with R, Python, and other statistical tools
- SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL Tools

The Data/Business Analyst proactively participates in designing, developing, and evolving high quality, usable and extensible BI solutions and interpretation of results using a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation to complex data mining. This individual will be responsible for creating new analyses, or updating existing ones, to provide critical business information that services analytical needs.
In addition, they will perform all aspects of analysis and report development ranging from requirement gathering to creating advanced dashboards while demonstrating the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $65,836/yr. - $86,331/yr. based on relevant years of experience
Bonus: 10% target Bonus Program based on company metrics, eligibility per the policy
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
