What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support critical Business Intelligence ETL solutions in Power BI
- Analyze data and situations requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and multiple sources
- Review technical specs created by other developers and ensure quality and compliance
- Establish interactive visualizations and front-end software applications for internal analytics and business team engagement
- Ensure appropriate system controls are in place to protect application and data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years related work experience in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using Power BI for enterprise dashboards, standard reports, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries using SQL Server applications within DB2 or similar environments
- Strong business acumen and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL, SAS, or Python
- Strong communication skills to convey technical terms to non-technical stakeholders
