      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Service mortgage accounts to ensure accurate filing of loss mitigation or liquidation claims in compliance with laws and guidelines
      - Monitor loans within the claims queue to ensure timely completion of required milestones
      - Document and maintain systems for proper claim follow-up and status reviews
      - Identify trends or risks associated with the portfolio and communicate findings to management
      - Adhere to departmental policies and prioritize work for timely resolution with partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with GNMA Claims or GSE Claims
      - Thorough experience in filing FHA, VA, USDA, MI, or FNMA/FHLMC Claims
      - Strong problem-solving skills regarding unpaid claims with positive resolutions
      - Understanding of the mortgage default process, including foreclosure and loss mitigation
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with reviewing mortgage documents for claim filing, including attorney chronology and payment history
      - Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate others
