Job Description

- Responsible for creating design projects, providing creative direction, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
- Manage & oversee design accuracy against briefs & revisions across team projects & deliverables & with Junior design
- Coach & mentor designers & Associate Designers on brand tone, guidelines, and creative processes.
- Responsible for onboarding entry & med level designers
- Sharing knowledge and mentoring designers on additional skillsets
- Present and represent in front of senior creatives & Project managers
- Participating in strategic conversations that ladder up to business objectives
- 6-8 years of relevant industry experience – i.e. Sports Marketing, Gaming and Event Marketing experience
- A high level of organizational skills
- Interpersonal communications while maintaining high level of confidentiality
- Proven track record of ability to utilize critical thinking skills and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Possesses ability to take initiative for problem solving and ability to discern the time frame in which material should be distributed to various entities
- Prior sports and entertainment marketing experience
- Experience in even coordination with proven ability to communicate, understanding role and direction in order to achieve first class executional excellence

About the Job:
The Sr. Designer, Social Creative Services will be responsible for, concepting, and executing innovative materials for a wide range of projects with an emphasis all things design. This role will manage and oversee design accuracy against briefs and revisions across team projects and deliverables with the Junior design team. Creative output should consistently satisfy partners, clients' and Taco Bell Creative objectives and expectations. You’ll enjoy exposure on working with cross-functional teams to bring fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns to life while coaching junior and associate designers on brand tone, guidelines, and creative process.

Salary Range: $102,000 to $138,600 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
