Required Skills:
• Hands on config experience with the Contact center platform• Cisco Webex CCE/UCCE• Genesys Designer• Live Person• Hands on experience with Java and Scripting languages.• Experience with Chat application development would be preferred in Development environments.• Cisco Webex CCE, UCCE• Genesys Designer• Rest API and Integration• Java: Interacting with database back-end using JDBC under Apache Tomcat• SQL: SQL queries using joins, views, stored procedures, etc. JavaScript / HTML.
