      About the team:

      The Rejuvenation creative team consists of highly passionate, collaborative and process driven thinkers. As part of the team, you’ll bring your well-honed project management skills and eye for detail to the table. This role manages the postproduction pipeline to ensure that our best-in-class photography is properly catalogued, easily searchable, and distributed across all channels on schedule.

      About the role:

      The Digital Asset Librarian is responsible for managing assets throughout the postproduction process and owns the image DAM. The work includes tagging and organizing all historical assets, updating, and maintaining DAM tools/software, acting as the point-person for all final creative deliverables across the company. The role also includes external partnership with vendors/agencies and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure optimum efficiency remains top-of-mind. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Creative Services but will collaborate closely with Retouchers, Art Directors, Producers, and other cross-functional team members at all levels and departments within the larger org, as well as outside vendors.

You can handle a wide variety of tasks, from presentations to trainings, to making business-based decisions with ease. This position demands that you are detail-oriented, meticulous, well-organized, and always open to iteration and optimization.

      Responsibilities:

      o Project manages lifecycle of asset retouching

      o Develop and continually optimize lifecycle workflow to ensure useful relevance to all users

      o Monitor and regularly audit library and archive

      o Manage meta data and steward accurate naming & asset taxonomy

      o Send regular communication regarding asset status

      o Manage external vendor asset delivery

      o Ensure cyber security

      o Responsible for maintenance of library and tech updates

      o Research and implement new tools, optimizations and tech including AI options

      o Collaborate with other departments to ensure that assets are easily accessible and properly utilized

      o Provide training and ongoing support related to DAMS and deadlines

      o Drive ongoing education and awareness in the organization, encouraging the use of newly created content by communicating with stakeholders regularly about changes and updates

      o Develop and maintain editorial calendar to update organization on content, training, etc.

      Requirements:

      · 3-5 years’ experience in digital asset management preferably implementing or managing a digital asset platform, like Bynder

      · Experience developing metadata and taxonomy, along with overseeing governance

      · Knowledge of wide-ranging file formats and specifications including still, video, social, web content, etc.

      · Extremely organized with relentless attention to detail

      · Comfortable reviewing photography with demonstrated ability to manage retouching quality control

      · Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines, across multiple teams

      · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      · Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to document clear workflows and processes

      · Able to effectively collaborate in a global, cross-functional team environment

      · Process-oriented, able to define and document processes

      · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      · Able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
