      Blink is at the forefront of the consumer electronics home security market, and is the result of one of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns ever. To further our growth, Blink is looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Paid Search and YouTube programs across NA3 (U.S., Canada, Mexico). This role will take full ownership of paid search strategy and execution, manage our tool ecosystem, and help define the future of direct-response marketing across global markets. You’ll partner across sales, product, analytics, and creative to create full-funnel programs that drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth.       As a senior leader in the digital marketing team, you'll balance hands-on execution with high-level strategic thinking. You’ll champion experimentation, explore new technologies, and support business planning through leadership-facing documents and reporting. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytically sharp, and comfortable owning end-to-end paid search programs while influencing key marketing and business decisions.

      Key job responsibilities
      * Manage and optimize North America paid programs across Google and Microsoft Ads, including search and programmatic video.
      * Lead campaign execution including keyword planning, targeting, bid strategy, copy development, and landing page alignment.
      * Scope and launch A/B tests and pilot programs for emerging tactics, placements, and channels to drive innovation and impact.
      * Monitor daily pacing, campaign health, and budget allocations to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
      * Execute detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis.
      * Scope, launch, and measure experimental media pilots.
      * Collaborate closely with analytics, product, creative, and media teams to align on goals and messaging.
      * Develop strategic business documentation and performance reviews for leadership.
      * Stay current on media updates, trends, and best practices to inform our roadmap.

      A day in the life
      The Blink Media team is small, but mighty. We are the only Amazon Devices brand that manages their media in-house, with customer-obsessed, data-driven decision making at the heart of everything that we do. We are a passionate group, collaborative in nature, and firm believers in hard work and teamwork. On a typical day, you’ll manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing. You will monitor performance, adjust bids, refine targeting, and test creative to maximize ROI. You’ll collaborate with analytics and cross-functional partners to identify new opportunities, ensure accurate tracking, and align campaigns with broader marketing goals. Simultaneously, you’ll contribute to strategic planning by surfacing insights, preparing leadership documents, and evaluating new tools or pilots to scale our media efforts globally. - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
      - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
      - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
      - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
      - Experience communicating results to senior leadership
      - 6+ years of in-platform experience across paid search for a B2C marketing team on a established global brand- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
      - Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
      - Experience in bid management platforms ie. SA360, Skai (formally Kenshoo), Marin, Adobe Advertising Cloud, etc.

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
