      This is a hybrid position (2 days/week in office) in either our Pleasanton, CA or Coppell, TX office.

      Overview

      We’re looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sr Digital Marketing Manger to lead SEO Content & Strategy for our growing team. The right person for this position will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective SEO strategies, managing content creation and optimizing website performance to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. You will also work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of SEO best practices and the delivery of high quality, targeted content.

You love all things SEO and are in tune with the latest developments in SEO, search engine algorithms and content marketing. You’ll be the subject matter expert for the team and will share insights and best practices as well as collaborate closely with the Paid Search and Social teams to understand trends and the competitive landscape. While primarily focused on SEO and content marketing, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the rest of the Marketing team and contribute ideas for digital, social, search and other performance marketing channels.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO content strategies for our North American B2B properties across multiple lines of business.
        • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize content for search engines by effectively incorporating keywords, meta descriptions and meta tags onto sites.
        • Create and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings and enhance website visibility.
        • Monitor industry trends, search algorithm updates and competitor activities to optimize SEO strategy and protect SEO scores.
      • Manage and optimize website content
        • Create high-quality, engaging, informative and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and other types of digital content that will improve organic search metrics.
        • Ensure all content follows best SEO practices, including internal linking, headings, URLs, proper tag usage, and site architecture.
        • Implement content optimization techniques, such as keyword integration, semantic mark up and schema mark up.
      • Conduct Performance Analysis and Reporting
        • Monitor and analyze website performance on a daily basis, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and user engagement.
        • Generate regular reports, using SEO tools and analytic platforms to identify insights, areas of improvements, and trends.
        • Develop data driven recommendations and optimization plans based on performance analysis, competitive activity and industry trends.

      • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, related field or equivalent professional experience.
      • You have a proven track record of successful SEO management and content optimization, with at least 3- 5 years of experience.
      • You have demonstrated success in driving key business results including growing organic traffic, conversion, and engagement on a B2B business, ideally with experience in a SaaS or Fintech environment.
      • You have a deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices, including search engine algorithms, ranking factors, keyword research, on page optimization and impactful content creation.
      • You are an excellent writer, editor and verbal communicator with an eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.
      • You’re an expert in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, Screaming Frog, as well as other effective SEO and Social marketing software.
      • You love data! You have strong analytical skills and are constantly mining data to optimize SEO, refine your strategies, identify trends and insights and track your metrics and KPIs.
      • You’ve had experience managing agency partners and can communicate organizational objectives while holding partners accountable for delivering results.
      • You have a creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and formats. You are also creative in leveraging resources to generate content.
      • You are driven and dynamic and have experience working in fast-paced environments, where multi-tasking and prioritization are key to your success.
      • You thrive in a team environment and work well cross-pollinating your learnings and strategies with diverse, global and cross-functional teams.
      • You also have experience working with and communicating with Product Management on ways to complement technical SEO initiatives with content marketing.

      Benefits

      Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $81,660.00 to $110,250.00

      Salary Range for California Residents Only: $101,660.00 to $130,000.00
