What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business and technology trends in the global energy and utility sectors to provide actionable insights for clients
- Produce various research publications, including Best Practice Insights and Market Analyses relevant to Energy & Utilities operations
- Lead Thought Leadership initiatives in areas such as Operational Technology (OT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Advise clients on operational technology markets, including technology trends, vendor positioning, and product offerings
- Create scenarios and define critical uncertainties to help clients prepare for disruptions in the energy and water sectors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Excellent research and writing abilities, with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Demonstrable experience in a senior management role within the energy or utility sector, or technology provider side
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Postgraduate degree in power engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Experience in mastering software architecture patterns related to energy utility operations
- Subject matter expertise comfortable with public speaking at various events and engagements
- Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and operating models in the energy and utility sector
