      Blue Yonder Title: Sr Business Analytics Director

      Other Job Titles: Director of Business Intelligence

      Location: Virtual within the US. This individual will be expected to conduct regular meetings with teams in Global time zones including India and EMEA.

      Scope:

      The role of Senior Business Analytics Director is under the organization of the COO, reporting to the VP, Business Intelligence. The objective of the Global Business Intelligence Group is to design and own the overall measurements, approaches, and metrics, set the data infrastructure, and conduct BI Analysis on user behaviors, market insights, and business performance for the company to make the accurate, data-driven decisions. This position is critical for driving Blue Yonder’s continued success and innovation in the supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will bring a visionary approach to data and analytics, propelling the company towards new heights of efficiency and market leadership. This role will not be focused on Data Science or Product Insights. Rather, the Director will work with the VP of Business Intelligence to help establish a single, unified vision of Business Intelligence across all divisions of the company.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with Blue Yonder’s business goals and enhances our market-leading position in digital supply chain management
      • Lead, mentor, and expand the Business Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning
      • Engage with senior stakeholders across the organization to identify critical business needs and opportunities where analytics can drive significant value
      • Oversee the development of advanced analytical tools and models to improve decision-making processes and business outcomes
      • Drive the adoption of analytics solutions throughout the organization, ensuring they are effectively integrated into business processes and operations
      • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in analytics and supply chain management, integrating these insights into Blue Yonder's strategy

      What Are We Looking For:

      • Advanced degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
      • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a large advanced analytics team
      • Demonstrated success in leading large analytics teams and initiatives in a dynamic and complex business environment
      • Deep understanding of data analytics methodologies, tools, and platforms
      • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization
      • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Tableau or Power BI
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Snowflake
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Databricks
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in R/Python

      Nice to Have:

      • Experience in a multinational corporation or a similar complex organizational structure
      • A track record of innovation in the field of business analytics or supply chain management

      The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $194,000.

      The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
