What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage adherence to CSMP policies and procedures and Injunctive Relief terms
- Act as the principal contact with an external monitor for compliance
- Support internal and external reporting obligations related to controlled substances
- Prepare executive-level presentation materials and reports
- Stay updated on state laws and regulations regarding controlled substances

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 13+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in leadership roles
- Extensive experience in regulatory, legal, or compliance settings in healthcare
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance governance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience managing and leading teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Familiarity with settlement agreements and governance committees
