- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of Corporate Strategy or related experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Has extensive experience with the concepts and principles of one or more related fields or departments
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination
- Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers
- Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management
- Establishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.

- Base Pay Range: $177,500.00 to $ 284,000.00 annually
- Work Mode: Mostly Onsite (In the Long Beach, CA office 2 times a week on Tuesday and Wednesday)

The Job
Professionalize and lead the Corporate Strategy function and oversee the implementation of programs, processes, and initiatives meant to assist the organization in meeting its long-term strategic goals and objectives, and ensure organizational alignment within the company to its enterprise strategic priorities .
You Will
Collects and analyzes information that evaluates the organization’s performance, strengths and weaknesses, and competitive landscape in order to identify new growth opportunities, opportunities for differentiation to support business sustainability, and optimal resource allocation
Estimates business impact of strategic initiatives and prepares reports and recommendations for executive leadership teams.
Proposes plans for leveraging organizational resources in order to capitalize on growth and sustainability opportunities and tracks performance.
Has overall control of planning, budgeting, managing expenses, priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
Acts as a key advisor to senior leadership on the development of overall policy and long-term goals of the department(s)
Prepares department(s) budgets and recommends for approval
Actively support the achievement of SCAN and HealthRight Group’s Mission, Vision and Goals.
Willingness and ability to effectively mentor and grow talent within the team.
Other duties as assigned.
