What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee strategic DEI integration initiatives from development through execution
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement DEI strategic priorities and programs
- Lead diverse sourcing and strategic partnerships for talent acquisition
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers to foster strategic DEI partnership relationships
- Allocate resources for strategic initiatives, events, and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- 5+ years of formal people leadership experience
- 5+ years of managing external partnerships
- 5+ years of defining and deploying operational plans
- 3+ years of leading and implementing strategies at company and employee levels
- Ability to travel 25%

- Experience leading and implementing DEI strategies
- Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
- Demonstrated ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced organizations
- Strong analytical skills to drive decision-making
