Leads and inspires teams to perform market competitive analysis in targeting the core 4-P's (Patient, Provider, Pharma, Payer) in the pharmacy ecosystem.
Use and innovate modern analytics and reporting tech stack to develop market insights and leading reports using narrative and visual design.
Develops, maintains, and updates content in supportive of all pharmacy lines of business and operational business intelligence.
Prioritizes complex data analysis and drives end to end process to deliver a holistic value story to our customers by leveraging and influencing teams across the enterprise.
Motivates, engages, influences, supports, evaluates, and guides business and operational partners to make data-driven decisions.
Supports and works to strengthen pharmacy stakeholders’ relationships with a proactive and customer first mentality.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Data Analytics and Reporting Leadership experience for a healthcare client, such as National Mail Order Pharmacy, Home Delivery Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, Digital Pharmacy, or Pharma Manufacturing business.
Intrapreneurial leadership experience building a team and analytics/reporting function in a new business line
Experience building a platform that delivers insights to external and internal clients.
15+ years’ experience in data and analytics preferred.

Carelon's Specialty and Home Delivery Pharmacy business is looking for a Sr Director of Analytics and Reporting to join its team. This People Leader will be responsible for overseeing strategic direction and execution by leading and managing all aspects of Specialty and Home Delivery Pharmacy analytics and reporting. This Business Enablement team will provide critical insights for these two lines of pharmacy business related to operations, customer experience, growth, pharma/supply chain, and sales/provider/physician analytics.

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of management in data and analytics; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $144,240 to $259,632
