      This role serves as the primary customer relationship management role in the region balancing Platform Services (PS) strategy with the needs and interests of Operating Units (OU’s). The Workplace Business Strategy Sr. Director (WBS) ensures that all Global Workplace services in North America, including real estate, project management and facilities management, are planned, managed and delivered in a manner that aligns with PS and Workplace Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expectations. The role partners with a networked workplace team including Real Estate, Program Management, Facilities Management, Design, Experience to collectively deliver real estate and workplace services in the region.

      In this role, the WBS will be responsible for partnering with the OU Executive Leadership (President, CFO, HR & OU leadership teams) and Category Leadership to drive effective decision making. The WBS will support thought leadership and build collaborative business partnership with the OU Leadership & Capability Center Function Leaders to facilitate financial forecasting, balancing of risk and opportunity, and other recommendations and decisions that enable PS to deliver results over the real estate portfolio life cycle.

      This role is also responsible for ensuring that regional governance complies with global standards and manages regional performance reporting to the Global Platform Services team. This role support several C suite leaders and includes Coca-Cola's Corporate Headquarters.

      They will additionally be responsible for delivering “cutting edge” services and programs for our associate population. They serve as the primary customer relationship management role in the region representing the needs and interests of the business units and corporate functions.

      Qualifications & Requirements:

      Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred with 15 + years in corporate real estate, with 5+ years in supplier/project/people management

      Certification in corporate real estate, project management, LEED and/or facilities management preferred

      15+ years business experience in relationship management

      5+ years corporate real estate managing a large HQ environment

      5+ years corporate real estate across broad geographies (i.e. North America)

      5+ years global experience

      The position benefits from an understanding of multi-country dynamics within company; therefore, potentially multi country experience would be preferred

      • Financial knowledge, including experience managing budgets and foundational knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles
      • Mastery of relationship management and proven experience optimizing strategic relationships and networks
      • Proven knowledge of Real Estate, Project Management, and Facilities Management leading practices, and trends
      • Demonstrated ability to define, set expectations, influence and execute multiple concurrent projects
      • Proven experience in implementing large scale initiatives
      • Track record of having managed and developed high performance teams, working within a leveraged, outsourced operating environment, in collaborative and integrated manner
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical staff and to interact with Executive Leadership
      • International and/or Multi-national organization experience, desired

      Travel Requirements:

      Minimum 25% travel is required
