      This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

      You will establish new best in class strategies & processes to drive the business (both Sales and GM $) through strategic merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, action-oriented reporting and insightful analysis for our North America Outlet Retail stores. You provide leadership and direction for the Outlet planning/allocation teams to ensure all business objectives are met or exceeded. You have a proven track record of exceptional cross-functional relationships, strong executive presence, inspiring leadership skills, excellent retail math and analytical skills, established planning/allocation experience, creative problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment.

      A Day in the Life:

      The typical day is… atypical. You will be creating annual, pre-season plans, store plans and monthly reforecasts and corresponding strategies, along with owning the monthly open-to-buy and Merchandise Financial Review process. You will review weekly sales & inventory levels to proactively communicate risk/opportunities and action steps to the VP in order to maximize the business. You will create category plans in partnership with Buying team that align with our Long-Range Plan for Sales, Margin $/%, IMU%, and AUR. You will establish end to end category management including revamping allocation strategy, product exit strategy inventory management, communication, and execution, rebalancing of inventory among stores as needed to increase turns and reduce overall WOS. You will identify additional reporting needs and process improvements, along with collaborating with IT to develop, automate and enhance reporting. You will also aide in maximization of Outlet promotions by rolling margin scenarios, providing recommendations based on sales/inventory and driving localization of promotions. Last but not least, you will develop a team of four (Planners & Allocators) through coaching, training, and development plans and ongoing talent assessments.

      To Land This Role:

      • Bachelor's degree
      • 12+ years prior experience in Retail Planning and Allocations
      • Vertical retail experience
      • Strong leadership skills, executive presence and acumen
      • Strong analytical and strategic skills
      • Advanced Excel skills
      • Detail-oriented, results-driven, highly, motivated, and entrepreneurial. Ability to act as both a “player” and a “coach”
      • Ability to negotiate with and influence peers, members of a cross-functional team and senior management
      • Ability to formally present business strategies and action plans and gain buy in
      • Stratos (Planning systems), Microstrategy (BI tools), JDA (Allocation tools) and SAP experience preferred

      Compensation Range

      The compensation range for this position is 190,000.00 USD - 230,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
