      Position Summary:

      The Senior Director of Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for developing and executing the global supply chain and procurement strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives. This executive-level leader oversees sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, supplier performance, and strategic vendor partnerships to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation across the entire value chain.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain and procurement strategies to support business growth, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
      • Lead and manage all aspects of procurement, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and compliance.
      • Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions: forecasting, planning, purchasing, and inventory optimization.
      • Build and maintain a high-performance global supplier network and ensure strong collaboration and communication across business units.
      • Drive innovation in the supply chain through digitization, automation, and implementation of best-in-class systems and tools.
      • Ensure continuity of supply and proactive risk management, including contingency planning for supply chain disruptions.
      • Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team; set clear goals, provide mentorship, and support professional growth.
      • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and R&D to align procurement and supply strategies with broader organizational objectives.
      • Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify trends, forecast needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
      • 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership
      • Proven track record of leading large, complex global supply chains and delivering cost savings and operational improvements.
      • Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and supply chain risk management.
      • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
      • Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.

      Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

      This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
