      Overview:

      The Sr. Director, Product Marketing, Programs & Promotions is part of the Customer Lifecycle Management organization and is responsible for the end-to-end design, execution, and measurement of effectiveness for all Customer Lifecyle content, programs and promotions/incentives aligned to the goals and objectives of the business group.

      The Sr. Director primarily supports the Mitel sellers and Channel Partners including the Mitel go-to-market and channel program teams, providing, and enabling storytelling to customers that will entice actions ranging from upgrading their solution, renewing their support contracts, migration to new solutions or increasing the adoption of existing solutions. Reports to the Senior CLM leader and manages a team as well as leverages matrixed teams/organizations across the company.

      The fundamental objectives of the business group are to retain the maximum percentage of Mitel customers and optimize the lifetime value of those customers.

      Responsibilities:

      • Drive awareness of CLM propositions within Mitel sellers, Mitel Partners and ultimately to end customers.

      • Build trust and create conversations with customers through events, campaigns, and specific calls to action within a channel go-to-market environment.

      • Create and convert customer interest into paid outcome for one-time upgrades as well as keeping customers loyal through subscription and renewals or add-on purchases for upsell.

      • Design and execute campaigns to drive targeted outcomes such as managing migration of customers on an end of sale platform to preferred destinations.

      • Design and implement compelling content that shows strong value proposition relating to lifecycle decisions.

      • Own go-to-market enablement for all CLM campaigns, programs and offers.

      • Accountable for KPI and measurement of results at both campaign/program effectiveness level and return on investment financial level.

      Requirements:

      • 15+ years of product marketing management experience in product and software/SaaS businesses.

      • Successful track record of consistently achieving results with a high level of predictability by close management of end-to-end campaign/program execution, driving customer engagement and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives, and promotions.

      • A deep understanding and successful track record of engaging customers in a channel go to market environment.

      • Proven ability to communicate and gain mind share at the executive level of major channel partners.

      • Understanding of competitive landscapes and Mitel`s positioning within these.

      • Demonstrable understanding of ROI and data driven measurement of results.

      • Proven track record in cross functional execution with leveraged resources.

      • Ability to influence the positioning Mitel lifecycle enablement relative to competition.

      • Strong consultative skills, excellent relationship building, proven strategic planning, and strong business acumen skills.

      • Excellent organizational and follow up skills. Ensures proper follow up and execution on prescribed/agreed plans.

      • Engaging communication, storytelling, and asset development skills.

      • Proficiency in utilizing relevant tools across market research and analysis, workflow and project management, content creation and marketing.

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree in related area preferred.

      Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, market data, and existing team equity.

      Base Pay range in United States

      $180,000 yr - $230,000yr
