      The Professional Services Operations Leader is a senior strategic role responsible for leading day-to-day operations for the Americas Professional Services business. Have direct ownership of Sales Operations and Forecasting, Revenue Operations and Forecasting, Contract Operations, Resource Management & Partnerships , and Learning & Development . Manage key cross-functional partnership with Global Operations, Sales and Consulting teams . By maintaining an impactful, efficiently functioning operational engine, this leader will ensure our Services business delivers on customer commitments as well as on our business metrics. Lead directly and by influence to ensure our Americas Services business is adopting standard methodologies and completing priorities!

      What You’ll Do

      Sales Operations

      • Provide Sales forecasting for Americas through a weekly governance process including book of business reviews, leadership meetings, and production of weekly Outlook packages and data

      • Support Sales leadership with day-to-day activities to close business and turn opportunities into implementations

      • Manage territory assignments , account allocations and other key activities to ensure the correct support and balance are provided .

      • Work with compensation teams on commission plans and exception processes

      Revenue Forecasting

      • Supervise all aspects of Services revenue forecasting

      • Demonstrate knowledge of business operations and key objectives to optimize revenue performance to targets with strong predictability and accuracy

      • Run indirect revenue metrics including utilization , hours/pacing, schedule accuracy, time card submission as means to optimize revenue attainment

      • Bring creativity and drive to find ways to accelerate Revenue and maximize results

      Learning and Development

      • Provide ongoing enablement programs to ensure Delivery teams are well equipped to implement successfully and grow their skills and careers

      • Direct onboarding and cross-training programs to bring new employees quickly up to speed, and provide growth opportunities for existing employees

      • Oversee Intern and Associate programs to secure a continual funnel of talent as part of future growth and planning

      Contract Operations and Resource Management

      • Support all PS Americas sellers with contract processing and working across Adobe ecosystem to expedite Sales Orders and accelerate project kick off

      • Lead the Resource Management Office (RMO), ensuring effective resource management operations ranging from tactical execution of day-to-day functions to strategic aspects of capacity planning and forecasting

      • Supervise and optimize processes for assigning resources to projects, managing and tracking skills and talent, managing partner and subcontractor resources, and ensuring strong governance around standard resource management process execution

      Overall Leadership Responsibilities

      • Lead a number of managers and d irectors responsible for each functional area

      • Work closely with Global Operations teams to provide inputs and requirements on behalf of Americas for planning, reporting, data and insights, business process and technology needs and a conduit back into the Americas team

      • Be a key thought leader and vocal member of the Americas PS Leadership function

      What you need to succeed

      • Executive leadership skills including the ability to develop, influence and empower a diverse multi-tiered team to enhance results

      • Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading operational teams; experience within a professional services organization strongly preferred

      • Experience in hybrid global models of onshore/offshore service delivery strongly preferred

      • Ability to interact and communicate for impact with all levels of an organization both externally and internally, including business and technical

      • Confident ability to lead, collaborate, triage and make decisions in a fast paced, changing environment

      • Lead and inspire team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievement, inspiring team to overcome challenges and actively handling resistance to change

      • Collaborate with leaders across geographies to complete shared objectives

      • Provide relevant, timely feedback to team and peers on a frequent, regular basis

      • Communicate expertly and optimally to diverse audiences, from senior executives to individual contributors

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail

      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

      • Experience with P&L management required

      • Masters Degree in Business Management , Operations, Computer Science/IT or related fields preferred

      • Occasional business travel required , up to 10 %

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $156,900 -- $349,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

      At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

      In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
