      Job Description

      The Senior Director of Strategic Accounts is a new role within the Awareness and Adherence Messaging Operations team, primarily responsible for building and maintaining senior-level relationships with high-value client accounts to ensure long-term account success and growth. In this highly collaborative role, the Senior Director will work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Business Development, Program Management, Product Development, and Operations to ensure successful program launches and continuing renewals. The Senior Director of Strategic Accounts will leverage a deep understanding of the client’s strategic goals, industry best practices, and ConnectiveRx solutions to recommend programs and ensure optimal program design and performance. This position is responsible for ensuring that all capabilities and services are delivered per contractual agreements across the portfolio and serves as the senior point of contact for the client.

      What you will do:

      Responsible for managing the largest Awareness and Adherence accounts from a strategic, client-facing perspective. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to select client accounts, which includes serving as a strategic partner to optimize and deliver messaging programs that achieve their business goals. Understand client needs by conducting user interviews and attending brand and sales meetings as appropriate. Effectively demonstrate and communicate ConnectiveRx’s value proposition. This role oversees the entire client engagement experience, including but not limited to strategic planning, forecasting, client escalation, and issue resolution.

      Help clients achieve their goals by analyzing their point-of-care messaging needs from pre-sales through program launch and ongoing operations:

      • Work with the commercial team, the client, and ConnectiveRx subject matter experts to develop effective programs
      • Work closely with Program Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are on track, including content curation, med-legal approval, operational launch, and pre-and post-sale analytics
      • Proactively mitigate and manage client escalations
      • Encourage internal communication among stakeholders
      • Prepare effective written and verbal client communications, including but not limited to RFPs, quarterly business reviews, meeting agendas and follow-ups, and client presentations.
      • Leverage feedback and learnings from client interactions to bring the voice of the customer to internal Awareness and Adherence teams, participate in process improvement and strategic planning alongside Product and Operations

      What we need from you:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
      • 15+ years’ experience in account, client success, or program management, focusing on direct client relationship management.
      • 10+ years’ experience in the life sciences/healthcare/pharmaceutical/healthcare technology industry
      • Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences / Pharmacy industry knowledge
      • Client management and success
      • Strategic planning, project, and program management
      • Point of Care / HCP and patient marketing
      • Solid client management skills that encompass an analytical and strategic lens
      • Ability to make decisions autonomously
      • Demonstrates ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning, and lead discussions such as program journey mapping, phased roadmaps, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
      • Demonstrates ability to analyze problems and understand the necessary components of a solution through planning, cost/benefit analysis, testing, and reporting
      • Demonstrates ability to deliver results
      • Conveys information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents and presentations
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
      • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
      • History of success in building and maintaining client relationships
      • Organized, detail oriented and accountable
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

      Travel Requirements:

      • Willingness to travel ~15% or as needed for client meetings and collaboration at other ConnectiveRx office locations
