- Drive functional and cross-functional execution opportunities and strategies based on identified initiatives focused on alignment, process improvement and risk control development over the short and long-term to enable profitable growth in the business.
- Lead others in the structuring and solving of business problems, collaborating, and coordinating with a range of stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of cross-functional improvements.
- Lead others in workstreams to develop business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps for key initiatives
- Deploy capabilities that align, enable, and accelerate implementation of initiatives.
- Work closely with all business units to ensure engagement, collaboration, and transparency across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness (benefit realization) of transformational initiatives and generate support for recommendations with key stakeholders for improvement.
- Collaborate and influence across departments and work-streams to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with business strategies and
- Identify improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives that ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Provide strategic and tactical support for cross-functional process improvement teams.
- 8+ years leadership in business, technical or project experience, preferably working in large scale business transformation, change enablement/change management programs and projects
- Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success in delivering projects with demonstrable business impact, preferably within the context of a large-scale organizational change effort
- Successfully led delivery of multiple complex business technology solutions into production that have achieved or surpassed business goals.
- Ability to translate business objectives into tactical actions and make sound business decisions under time pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Strong skills in facilitation, presentation, training, organization, and planning
- Ability to gain deep subject matter depth on a multitude of topics, quickly
- Ability to synthesis of multiple sources of information (qualitative and quantitative) to create real and actionable insights.

Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Business Transformation Team, the Sr. Director, Business Execution & Transformation will work in a global matrixed environment to execute strategic initiatives that enhance and accelerate top line growth and profitability. This position will enable large scale, multi-year transformation initiatives by partnering with key stakeholders across Distribution, Sales, Operations, and the enabling functions, utilizing program/project development frameworks, Operational Excellence methodologies, program/project management skills and change management principles.
